It has a life span of about 3 years and is good for patients, the elderly, and children because of it contains high protein and low fat. It also contains a lot of vitamin E, which helps prevent aging. And niacin, which is rich in essential amino acids (such as lysine, methionine, arginine, histidine, etc.) is known to help children grow. Soy sauce marinated crab is selected only from the best female crab filled with eggs and flesh, and dipped in a special secret soy sauce made of natural ingredients. 


The crab is soft and doesn't smell fishy, so it tastes good if you dip it in soy sauce. In Korea, it is called a ‘rice thief’, meaning that it goes well with rice. It is so popular in Japan and Hong Kong that it appears on TV based on an opportunity for the Korean Wave, and it is also exported to Singapore and Philippines.

The reason why crab legs fall off

Female crabs with eggs have a habit of removing their legs by themselves, except for the fan legs needed for swimming, as a survival instinct to protect eggs. For this reason, female crabs may have legs apart unlike male crabs, but the yield of blue crabs can be seen as freshness, egg retention, and flesh, so only good blue crabs are selected.

The process of being created

1. Crabs are produced on the same day by cooling them so that they don't get limp.
2. The cooled crab is carefully cleaned before dipping into the source.
3. After the first wash, the second wash is made to take care of hygiene.
4. Put well-cleaned crabs in a container.

5. Pour soy sauce made with fruit and herbal ingredients into the crab.

6. Add Cheongyang peppers(Korean hot chili) on top of it to add a spicy taste.

How to enjoy marinated crab

1. Put rice on a crab shell and mix it with a bit of sesame oil.
2. Add crab flesh and soy sauce to rice, sprout vegetables, butter, and flying fish eggs.
3. Put rice, soy sauce marinated crab, and seaweed soup together to make a neat Korean meal at home.
4. The remaining soy sauce is even better if you use it for making seasoned food, braised food, or stir-fried food.

Enjoy it by maturing it to your taste

1. 1–2 days: Low-salt, plain taste
2. 2–3 days: Typical and popular taste, moderately aged, and deep taste
3. More than 3 days: Fully matured taste and a trend with aficionados these days

Storage

1. To eat soy sauce marinated crab for a long time, separate the crab and soy sauce and store the crab in the freezer.
2. After removing the crab, boil the soy sauce once, cool it completely, and refrigerate it.
3. When you eat crabs that have been subdivided in the freezer, pour the sauce and slowly defrost them in the refrigerator.
4. If you eat soy sauce marinated crab within 3 days, you can feel the texture of crab meat more tightly if you store it in the refrigerator.
5. Do not re-freeze once the crab has been defrosted.
