KOCODUCK with excellent taste and flavor/ As ducks that are normally distributed are being raised with the purpose of producing duck down, it had crisp texture. Thus, there had been a stereotype that duck meat has no good meat texture quality, although it is healthy. However, as KOCODUCK does not produce duck down at all and conducts specification control tailored to meat texture, it is moist and soft.

The selected 1st class duck meat is matured using specially made sauce to remove the smell of fat and maintained its taste. In addition, it tastes relatively light as the smoking process removed its grease, so the consumers can taste its deep flavor with ‘charcoal scent’ of oak.

Smoked Duck

Ingredients : KOKODUCK


Oven: Carefully spread the content on an oven pan, and heat it inside an oven preheated at 140 ~ 280℃ for about 3 to 5 minutes, turning it several times.


Frying pan: Put the content on a frying pan, and thoroughly heat it until golden brown.


Microwave: Carefully spread the content on a bowl, and heat it in a microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes until it gets warm.

Ingredients : KOKODUCK


1. Mix chilli powder, gochujang, soy sauce and sugar in the ratio of 3:2:1

2. Add corn syrup, minced garlic, and ginger and black pepper to step 1.

3. Blend an onion, apple, and pear and add it to the basic sauce 

4. Mix the basic sauce into 3cm-thick Sliced Smoked Duck with 2 tablespoons of soju. 

5. In a heated pan, put the pork, carrot, sliced cabbage, and anchovy stock and stir fry. 

6. When the Sliced Smoked Duck  is cooked, plate the meat on a heated iron dish and decorate with sliced green onions.
