Our cattle grow on clean water, fresh air, and high-quality feed in a clean area composed of mountains, sea and islands. Korean beef is raised in the way that complies with the equalization of feed and brand specification management method in accordance with the brand management standards.

Only Korean cattle from eco-friendly certified farmers managed by the state are slaughtered and sold.

Introduced an eco-friendly livestock product(antibiotics-free livestock product) certification for specification and fodder unification according to a dedicated specification program.

Slaughter and processing in accordance with strict quality and hygiene standards

Slaughter in HACCP applied slaughterhouses. Processed in our own processing plant G.K.B(X) , the highest level of HACCP applied processing plant in Korea.

Healthy Korean beef in western Jeollanam-do

Cattle are raised with chemical-free feed. No medication was given to the cattle. It’s Korean beef of uniform quality of 1st grade or higher.

Maintain safety and high-quality by conducting Cold-Chain System. Eco-friendly ‘Farm To Plate System’ is established and managed. It is securing competitive power through efficient management throughout the entire processes from rearing to commercialization.


Advanced facility

Strict control of entrance of external personnel, automated vacuum packing facility that minimized contact with product, inspection on status of metal mixture in product using metal detection and X-ray are used to ensure the premium quality and safety.


Strict sanitary control and promise for the product

Microorganism intensive care and outsourced AUDIT through external public certified institutions. We are carrying out onsite management to supply safe and differentiated foods to our consumers through regular implementation of those programs, etc.

Loin

Loin is tender in texture, and it also tastes excellent because it has a moderate amount of healthy fat in red meat. It has a rich taste too.

Striploin
It's a delicacy part of beef that stimulates appetite.
Chuck tail flap

It is soft enough. It contains appetizing marbling and also has the best savory taste that spreads out in your mouth when you eat it.

Oyster blade

It has a chewy taste that comes from the sinew. 

If you cut it, the shape of the marbling and tendon looks like a fan spread out, so it looks very beautiful and delicious.
