Green tea is widely known to aid in immunity improvement, diet, and skin care effects. Breaking the traditional practice of only feeding the pigs, we have developed the world’s first green tea fermented feed after several years of research. Boseong Nok Don is a healthy and light-tasted functional pork meat, which is made by feeding the pigs with green tea fermented feed. It reduced the pig’s blood cholesterol and excess amount of fat content as well as the pig’s original smell.

Boseong Nok Don is produced with healthy pigs that are raised at modernized facilities in Jeollanam-do, which is a clean zone without a risk of infectious disease in animals.


As nutritional condition of each pig is checked through optimum facility and electronic database, which conform to laws related to animal welfare, it is possible to feed the tailored fodder for each phase and record the nutritional information.


Even more, Boseong Nok Don is made with healthy pigs. We strictly manage from raw material quality assessment of pig feed to perfect feed completion and tailored feeding by phase, and manufacture healthy pork meat by supplying balanced nutrition.

Better Taste

Green Tea Pork contain linoleic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid, which gives them less odor and a good texture.


It has better water holding capacity, taste, and juiciness than normal pork.

Green Tea Pork has less odor (13%), less cholesterol (10%), and less fat content (25%) than normal pork.

Green tea fermented sow

Pigs that are fed with fermented green tea has low cholesterol and fat, and has abundant amount of unsaturated fatty acid. Moreover, it is healthy and delicious as its meat texture is moist and soft due to its high moisture holding capacity.

Hygienic manufacturing process

The meat processing facility equipped with the latest system has secured stability and reliability with HACCP certification. The automated packaging process minimizes process time to prevent oxidization of product, and suppress harmful bacterium.

Featured Recipes
Whole pork belly steak

Ingredients: Boseong Nok Don whole pork belly steak  600 - 800 g, 1 rosemary, 5Ts cooking oil, 1 green onion, 6 whole garlics, 1 handful of mini mushroom, Steak Sauce 6Ts


1. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

2. Marinate the seasoned pork belly at room temperature for more than 20minutes.

3. Grease it over medium heat with 3 tablespoons of oil, add meat, cover it, and bake it for 1minute per side.

4. Cover it over medium-low heat and cook it on the flip side every 2 to 3 minutes. (Add  cooking oil left in the middle)

5. Cook over medium-low heat for another minute, then add 2slices  of butter and add flavor by pouring butter.

6. Cover the steak with foil and let it last on residual heat for 3 minutes.

7. Place all trimmed vegetables in a broiler pan and cook until cooked.

Bo ssam-boiled pork slices

1. Put water into a big pot with meat until the meat is sunk under water, melt soy bean paste, black coffee mix(with sugar), cooking wine, put all the ingredient into the pot and boil. ( high temperature - 20~30 minute, middle temperature about an hour)


When water boils, you should get rid of the floating bubble for filtering out impurities which harms for your  body. 


2. Finishing cooking, take out the meat, cut slices, and enjoy!
