As it is only made of muscle fibers, it is low in fat and rich in protein. So it is a good nutritious meal for patients who are in their recovery period and growing children. It is also popular as a diet food as it can reduce calorie intake and maintain nutritional balance. It's good for salad, fried dish, stir-fry dish, and braised dish. Especially chicken tenderloin has little fat, so it is great for baby food.

Wings

Wings contain collagen and vitamin A that prevent skin aging and make your skin more glossy. They have little flesh, but still contain a lot of pectin around the bones. So they add flavor to the broth and are good for boiled or fried dish. Because wings have a deep flavor, they can also be added to broth or soup.

- Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Cautions

- Cook the chicken until it is fully done. It is recommended to cook it well at high temperature over 75℃ for your safety.

- Refrain from washing the chicken as it may lead to contamination of other ingredients.

- Since this product is frozen, defrost it completely before cooking.

- As this product contains bones inside, be careful to not hurt your teeth by chewing it or chock on a bone.
